About the BF Cobra GT
Although most car manufacturers release special edition models with interior updates and more features, Ford has done what everyone has asked ford, they have upped the power.
Both sedan and ute models will be powered by FPV’s latest high performance Boss 5.4-litre quad-cam 32 valve V8 engine producing 302 kW of power and 540 Nm of torque.
The power increase comes as a result of stainless steel fabricated exhaust manifolds and a high-flow dual exhaust system.
The GT Cobra is equipped with a limited slip differential and FPV’s innovative R Spec handling package while being available in either a close ratio six-speed manual transmission with a high torque clutch or the ZF six-speed automatic transmission with Sequential Sports Shift.
Of course there will only be one colour, white with blue stripes. The stripes cover the the bonnet, roof and rear deck lid. The GT Cobra also receives a unique Cobra badge on each front fender and the rear deck lid. The GT Cobra will also include exclusive R Spec badging.
Standard equipment for both variants include leather seats with coiled Cobra snake logo, limited edition 19-inch five-spoke alloy wheels with white accents and a machined face finish wrapped in Dunlop SP Sport Maxx 245/35ZR tyres
