Sold new by Morley Ford in South Melbourne back in 1977 is this highly-optioned Ford XC Falcon 500 GS hardtop – VIN JG65TEXXXXXX
PLEASE NOTE: This vehicle VIN prefix number starting with “JG65TE” is as per the 13 Homologation Special “Pre-Cobras”. The tag on the radiator support is stamped “SPECIAL R/PACK” as well!
This XC Coupe has undergone a major transformation, to be used as a Special Build XC Cobra “Snakebite” for “Classic Carlectables Concept vehicle as per the limited model for Gamesworld Stores.
The vehicle was transformed by Palace Accident Automotive in Moorabin Vic. and was fully restored over an 8 month period and completed by September 2013. Body, Paint, Interior and Mechanicals were all completed.
It seems to be an almost mix of 2 ICONIC Falcon Hardtops- the Falcon Cobra Snake Bite and Mad Max!
Has been painted in Satin black with Gloss black stripes with Silver pin stripes and “COBRA” Decals all in Silver.
Snakebite presents well, sounds and goes just as well!!!
