As most people/enthusiasts know the majority of windback XY GT’s were automatics, here is the exception to the rule:

This XY GT is as follows:

Currently an Adelaide car

Built 10/1970

Current owner is in excess of 20 years!

Original motor (completely re-freshened)

Factory fitted 4 speed manual

Numbers matching vehicle

Nugget gold in colour

Saddle trim with black carpet

Restored seatbelts (not cheap)

Restored new 2 pac paint (in and out)

Very sharp car as it was rust proofed at an early age.

Passenger side mirror

8 track player with 2 speakers on the rear shelf

rear seatbelts etc, etc.

tyres to be red-walled shortly.

Faults:

2 paint chips

Radio works well- 8 track player not working at the moment- owner trying to rectify

Very nice car, smooth to drive with no shakes or rattles.
