A multiple show winner and runner up in Concourse and Show n Shine competitions for the last 3 years after undergoing a full restoration in 2004 by the current owner. The vehicle can only be described as one of the best presented VL Group A’s in Australia. The last Sydney based HSV /HDT competition saw the car win the following awards:

The restoration was carried out using only the best and most passionate team of people available at the time. An exhaustive amount of New Old Stock parts were used in the restoration process, these parts were gathered over several years to ensure that the final result was nothing short of amazing.
Peter Brock drove the car at Eastern Creek in October 2005 as part of a tribute to Peter and the 25th anniversary of the VC Brock Commodore. That drive was photographed and featured in a Street Machine article that year and it is believed that the featured car was the last VL Group A that was driven by Peter prior to his death in September 2006.
The car is a genuine two owner car, with the current owner having purchased the car almost ten years ago. The documentation and receipt file is immense with comprehensive records going back years and confirms the low speedometer reading of 60,000 kilometers.
Supplied in the original plastic glove box wallet are the log books, radio/cassette instructions, Group A supplement sheet and other pieces of information. All other documentation verifying the authenticity of the vehicle is supplied by HDT Special Vehicles Pty Ltd (certificate of authenticity and build sheets).
The car bears Peter Brock’s signature in two places (Inside the glove box and on the radiator support) and comes with the LE body kit and rear headrests. This is a truly unique vehicle and can be purchased as an ideal investment whilst still being used in club runs and events by the new owner.

The VL Group A was the last model to be produced by the Brock organization in 1986 following the split between Brock and Holden over the release of the VL Director and the infamous Polarizer.
Only 500 examples of the Group A were produced for homologation purposes and of these some 140 odd were produced in the Plus Pack format which bore Peter Brocks name and signature.
Widely regarded as the model with the greatest finesse from Brock.
