This beautiful example of a low production Iconic muscle car was built on the 3rd November 1969 at the Dearborn Plant . Actually 2 days ahead of schedule.

The Ford Dealer was Ed Chovanes in California USA. Dealer No. 72D018.Serial no. 0F02G 129XXX.

The car still has the original blue & yellow California licence plates & the original selling dealer licence plate frames .The car has never lived more than 50 miles from the original dealer that sold the car new while in the USA.

Documentation includes:

Factory Ford report from Marti Auto Works, buck tag which is attached to the front passengers side of the body under the bonnet showing all the details of the car, paint , trim ,drive train codes.

Also very rare is the original gate release/window sticker with live signature. Showing the costs of each factory option this car has. Also a documented letter from Lois Eminger who was the lady that worked for Ford USA.

The rare original assembly line inspection cert card also comes with the car.

These cert cards were used by Ford’s quality control inspectors who would check off each stage of the assembly of each Boss Mustang, after which they were sometimes put in the car somewhere like in the hood lining or in the seat itself.

The car was also used in an advertisement for the Goodyear OEM Tyres in 1970.These were the tyres used on Boss Mustang’s being F60 x 15 in wide oval with raised white letters. An original copy comes with the car.

The car was 1 of 83 with this paint colour and trim codes. In Factory red with black clarion knit / Corinthian bucket seats. deluxe option interior, fold down rear seat, sports slats on rear window, front and rear spoilers, power brakes, AM Radio, colour keyed racing mirrors, d̩cor group trim , floor console, tinted glass all round, four speed wide ratio manual transmission, electric clock , F60 x 15 belted tyres with raised white lettering ,magnum 500 steel racing wheels and evaporative emissions fitted to vehicle sold in the state of California.

The car has 80% of the original primer on the floor pans which is in ‘like new’ condition, original undercoating in ‘like new’ condition. The suspension is new with only NOS parts used in the rotisserie restoration, including all steering suspension springs, shocks, linkages, brakes , discs . All brake , fuel lines, electricals through out the car have been replaced with NOS. All rubbers for the windows, suspension ,doors are new. Concourse show quality suspension with correct paint daubs and grease pencil markings . The suspension has been detailed according to Bob Perkins detailing specifications. He is the best and most knowledgeable Ford restorers in the business and the only person to ever get a perfect score at a national mustang club of America concourse judged show.

The drive train has been professionally rebuilt and is stock with no aftermarket modifications. Only NOS parts were used in the restoration .The body is laser straight and has never been in an accident and has all the original panels .The paint looks like a mirror and has a deep shine. This is a car you can put mirrors under at shows showing all the exact details and correct paint as it was from the factory .

This is an honest example of a well restored original boss. You will not find any rust in this car as the 2 previous owners kept the car garaged and it lived its life in the dry state of central California .This car has all the original correct matching parts which are nearly impossible to get and are very expensive to replace, that’s if you can get your hands on them.

This is a unique and very collectable Trans Am car with world wide appeal.
