Car stolen from underground lockup garage in Yathong Road,Caringbah,NSW.I went to take it for a drive on Sunday,13th March 2011 and found it missing.The exact date of the theft is unknown as the garage is not visited regularly.
1995 VS HSV GTS 6 speed manual Build No: 018.Rego Now NSW PB-005 black & silver plates.
VIN: 6H8VSK19LSL821745
Engine No: VL633488
Colour: Genisis Blue Trim:Standard velour & cloth insert.
Genuine klm at time of theft: 57,530.
Vehicle was unmodified.
Distinguishing features:
Standard polished GTS rims with Dunlop FM 901 tyres with 95% tread.
HSV spare tyre unused with sticker on tread.
MED immobiliser key located below ABS/IRS badge on dash.
Passenger inside bolster has crush marks in the velour from a in car kit,drivers side bolster fabric slightly frayed.
One cat converter is the original AC Delco item,the other is same in appearance but unstamped.
Plastic fuel tank guard is slightly bent down in one spot.
Car came with after market exhaust from cats back,I replaced this with new genuine HSV twin muffler system with the original twin oval resonator that I bought off a wreck,this has an upward dent in it.
IRS is fitted with K Mac camber adjustment kit.
Blaupunkt head unit with 10 stack CD changer
Rear seat squab is missing as I had it out while detailing.
Engine has a Power Bond harmonic balancer fitted
The corner of the drivers door has rubbed the paint off the top of the side skirt exposing the beige undercoat.
Parking dent crease just below drivers side door handle.
Any information would be greatly appreciated and thanks for your help in posting the info, hopefully something might come out of it.
